The Modern Artist Is Working Across Space & Time

We firmly believe that we are all influenced and inspired by one another, so nothing I create is truly mine alone. That’s why I prefer to use the term “we”—even though building this site often feels solitary, I’m far from alone. This journey is shared with my print provider, past artists whose work informs mine, art lovers who have helped restore certain pieces, and everyone who engages online. This idea of unseen collaboration is beautifully reflected in some of my favorite works. For instance, The Book of Modern Calligraphy was a posthumous collaboration between Georg Bocskay and Joris Hoefnagel—two masters who never met, yet together produced a timeless masterpiece. Similarly, The Blood Book Series decoupage incorporates hundreds of engravings from artists like William Blake and John Bingley Garland. I’m also honored to feature the exceptionally beautiful flowers of Pierre-Joseph Redouté, hoping they bring a moment of joy to your day.
